Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie

Ok, here is a great smoothie if you’re trying to lose weight. At least, it is helping me on my journey to slimness. It is simple, quick and easy-to-make. Here is what you need:

  • 1 banana
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 3/4 cup pineapple and orange juice blend

Place the banana, strawberries, kiwi, vanilla frozen yogurt, and pineapple and orange juice blend in a blender. Blend until smooth.
