Well, Day 09 of Chuck the Chunk is in the books and the weigh-in went well. I started last week at 260 lbs. At weight-in last night, I am at 256 lbs.–with a loss of 4 pounds.
I am pretty happy with that–as eating the foods on this diet are lacking the yummy, and the workouts have kicked my butt. So, it’s good to see some progress. This will be another short post, but I thought I would share my great news.
